IPA Serbia found Club for Female IPA Members

18 Aug 2021

On 22 May 2021, following the Board of Directors' decision, the Founding Assembly of the first "Ladies Club of the National Section of IPA Serbia" was held. This is a unique event in the history of IPA Serbia, dedicated to the female members of our association.

To quote Željana Tomašević, First Lady and President of the Ladies’ Club of national section IPA Serbia, "The Club will play a leading role in promoting women in the police, achieving IPA goals and tasks, by actively encouraging and networking at local, regional and international level. This will contribute to raising the reputation of the Republic of Serbia and the Ministry of Internal Affairs in the world. Also, each meeting of the Ladies' Club will be of an educational character with the intent of developing certain skills needed for the realisation of their goals and tasks. Connecting through the Ladies' Club will prove useful in many ways, such as embracing new ideas and new acquaintances, exchanging useful information and professional experiences, and creating a new era of police without borders”.

After the founding of the club, a seminar was held for all the members on the topic of "Public Relations - Business Communication", lectured by an eminent professor, after which all participants were awarded a certificate.
