On 25 May 2021, our members Rik Dokter and Wesley Miljoen were present at the police academy in The Hague (the Netherlands), to recruit young police officers for the IPA. We arrange our recruitment at the same time as the police unions.

In the Netherlands, we are keen to organise more activities for young police officers, and to give them more opportunities to exchange valuable experiences with colleagues abroad.

We therefore intend to make agreements with our neighbours, Germany, Belgium and the United Kingdom. The anticipated exchanges should attract many young colleagues, and make the IPA an interesting option for them at the same time.
