IPA Virtual Race Week

The Socio-Cultural Commission is very happy to announce the results of the 1st IPA Virtual Race Week. This initiative received a huge response from IPA members around the world, with 330 runners from 40 sections registering!

We can easily say that the IPA Virtual Race Week became a global celebration. All over the world, people of all ages took part, proudly displaying the IPA logo. They raced in different conditions, in cities, mountains, beaches, even… on treadmills, men, women, children, family members, younger and older ones, as well as… pets. They raced in the heat, cold, rain or snow, all of them highlighting the principles and values of our Association: friendship, solidarity, humanism, unity, universality, volunteerism! We are pleased to announce that the success of this event means we will endeavour to organise an IPA Virtual Race Week on an annual basis!
